POLICIES/REGLAS • Please do not share a profile with other clients. Creating a separate profile for each person assists in collecting accurate business analytics • Unfortunately, I am unable to accept payment via third-party apps such as Cash App, Venmo, etc. I currently accept payment in the form of physical card or cash in exact change only • Please take note of the estimated time for each service booked as my service times are longer than industry standard • If you currently have product on your nails from a service that was not done by me, you will need to either remove it prior to your appointment or book a “Foreign Soak-Off” in addition to your service as I do not work over other people’s work • If you are under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by a parent/guardian over the age of 18 • No guests are allowed to accompany you during your appointment unless they are the parent/guardian of a minor client • No food/eating will be allowed during your service. Not only is it unhygienic, but it will also slow your appointment time down and negatively affect retention of your nails. Drinks are perfectly acceptable • Please keep cellphone usage to a minimum during any manicure service. Doing so will help your appointment go by faster and smoother • No smoking or vaping during your appointment • Each service will require a 25% deposit to book. This deposit will go toward your total balance except under the following circumstances in which your deposit will not be refunded to you: ➢ You cancel with less than 24 hours notice ➢ You reschedule with less than 24 hours notice ➢ You no-show to your appointment ➢ You are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment • If you no-show to your appointment your deposit will not be refunded, and you will be blocked from booking future appointments • It is important you arrive at your appointment on time to avoid affecting other clients’ appointments: ➢ If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, your appointment will automatically be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded ➢ If you arrive early to your appointment, please wait to come in until your scheduled appointment time as I often use the time before appointments to finish up with prior clients or clean/prep for the next appointment POLICIES/REGLAS • No compartes un perfil con otros clientes. No sólo es antihigiénico, sino que también retrasará el tiempo de su cita y afectará negativamente la retención de sus uñas. Las bebidas son aceptables • Mantenga el uso del teléfono celular al mínimo durante cualquier servicio de manicura. Hacerlo ayudará a que su cita sea más rápido y sin problemas • No fumar ni vapear durante su cita • Cada servicio requerirá un depósito del 25% para reservar. Cancellation Policy
Jupiter Nails has a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows, cancellations, or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Jupiter Nails at (913) 275-9477 or modify your appointment online as soon as possible.
